Scar massage HURTS. Like, really, really hurts. But hopefully I won't have to do it forever...

My left hand is shot. I need to not use it for a couple of weeks for it to recover. This is, of course, impossible, because my right hand's been hurting more recently as I've been trying to use it more to give my left hand a break and my right hand is still obviously recovering from the surgery ( Read more... )

This humidity needs to stop. The tendons on both hands are acting up. Anyways, PT on Monday was actually kind of interesting. I've never done stretches specifically for tendons before. No pics yet, because I'm tired and feeling lazy. And just a little sore. So, the post-op appointment went very well. The dressing came out, as did the stitches. My hand is so much smaller and lighter without the metal. It's magical and it makes me tear up, it really does. It's wonderful ( Read more... )
